About Me
I am a Clinical Psychologist who specialises in working with children, young people and their parents.

I have been working as a psychologist with children, teenagers and parents since I qualified in 2008, for 9 years in the NHS and since 2017 in private practice in Ealing, London.

I focus on creating a collaborative relationship with my clients and use a range of therapeutic approaches depending on the needs of each individual.

My work is predominantly informed by Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Compassion Focussed Therapy (CFT).

Outside of work I love knitting and making my own clothes, and also spend a lot of time meeting the needs of my particularly demanding poodle! I have a podcast about the therapeutic benefits of knitting, and run groups and retreats to help more people experience how knitting can benefit their mental health.
